Rent On Padre
Rent on Padre hopes that your South Padre holiday is the best it can be. We have easy rental procedures and a few simple rules & policies that our guests must follow. All of our properties at Rent On Padre are privately owned. Please be respectful of the property and all its contents.

Check In/Out Times
Check-in time is 4:00 pm.
Check-out time is before 10:00 am.

Deposit
A  refundable security deposit  may be required.  Please call for details. 

Payment Methods
Payments can be made by check (time permitting), directly through one of our reservation agents, or online.  If you choose to pay by check, please call for deposit requirements. 

Cleaning Fees
We have a $80 to $220 cleaning & linen fee (depending on size of unit).

Taxes
There is a city & state tax of 14.5% on rentals and a 8.25% tax on cleaning fees.

Reservation Fee
There is a $25 reservation fee for new customers.  If you have rented with us before, please let us know prior to making the reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Three months or more ahead of your arrival, we will return all but a $50 cancelation fee.

If you cancel one to three months ahead of your arrival you will forfeit your deposit. We will return any other money you have paid to Rent On Padre.

If you cancel 15 to 30 days ahead you will forfeit 50% of the “rental costs”.  All the cleaning fee and taxes are returned.

If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, you will forfeit all the "rental cost".  All the cleaning fee and taxes are returned.

General Rules
Approved small pets are allowed in the Hibiscus, Surfside Landing #1, Wind Dancer, and Habitat, as well as Las Puertas and The Villas.  No Pets alllowed at other condos.

No smoking in the condo

Be respectful of other tenants

No loud parties

No underage drinking or use of prohibited drugs

Pool use is limited to renters only

Please clean up after yourself when using outside areas

Please Follow the Posted Departure List When Leaving

Parking is limited to two parking spots unless otherwise noted

Please use outside courtesy hose or shower after going to the beach 

Spring Break
Saida, Hibiscus, Galleon Bay, The Villas,Ocean Gardens, and Las Marinas Condos are available for Spring Break Rentals.  Saida and Las Marinas Condos will also require a wristband for all renters during this time under the age of 30 between Easter and Semana Santa.

Rates
Are subject to Change.  Rates are guaranteed only onces a reservation is made.
